OUR STORY
Over 40 years of experience and passion
Founded by Dr. Massimo Marchi in 1979, Marhi & Partners deals with Industrial Property at 360°.
At Marchi & Partners we are a close-knit and multidisciplinary team of Industrial Property Consultants, each able to bring their own unique technical experience in the fields of chemistry, life sciences, electronics and telecommunications, mechanical engineering.
We are professionals motivated by a true passion, convinced that there is no one solution adaptable to every situation and we are used to working closely with the customer to identify the most suitable strategy in the specific reality.
A consolidated staff in continuous training supports all procedural activities.

At Marchi & Partners we directly manage the drafting, filing, prosecution and defence of patents, designs, and trademarks in Italy and Europe. A large network of foreign firms, consolidated over the years, allows us to assist our Clients in their business in every country in the world.
We are proud to make our multifaceted experience available to our Clients, supporting them in the practical as well as in the more strategic aspects, taking care of every aspect of the management of the IP portfolio.
We have a long standing experience in dealing with law firms, tax consultancy firms and with investors, with whom we work on due diligence projects. With a proactive and forward-thinking approach, we offer specialized and tailor-made services for the Client.

At Marchi & Partners we are committed to mitigate our environmental impact
Our headquarters is located in a strategic position near the Milan Central Station: those who work with us and our guests can reach us comfortably, whatever the public transport they wish to use. A rack located near the entrance to our offices is available for those who prefer to travel by bicycle.
We have progressively abandoned the use of paper: it was a path that began years ago, which involved the implementation of ad hoc software applications for an agile management of our work, and which has made us 100% paperless today. This way of working has allowed us to implement organizational strategies aimed at facilitating remote working, thus reducing travels for both those who work with us and our customers.
Finally, we pay particular attention to minimizing our production of non-recyclable waste, for example by using container-deposit services, and we use energy produced 100% from renewable sources.
